Overview
We will go through the software starting from the basics to the advanced options available. At first, we introduce the concepts of instrument response function and deconvolution, and then show how the theory works in practice on the images obtained in real experiments. We discuss not only the conventional nonlinear curve fitting of the decay curves, but also phasor analysis which is readily available in SPCImage NG software.

Vladislav Shcheslavskiy graduated with Diploma in Physics from Moscow State University in 1993 and got his PhD in Physics from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in 2003. Since 2009 he has been with Becker & Hickl as a Sr. Research Scientist.
