The new Becker & Hickl DCS-120 Confocal FLIM System records FLIM Z Stacks of unprecedented spatial and temporal resolution. Data can be recorded with 1024 x 1024 pixels per plane, 1024 time channels per pixel, and a virtually unlimited number of Z planes. Lifetime analysis is performed by bh’s fast GPU-based SPCImage NG multi-exponential decay FLIM analysis. Results can be displayed as vertical projections of selected ranges of planes or exported to ImageJ / FIJI and stacked to create high resolution 4D representations of the data.
